SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS

We ship worldwide!!

Free Shipping within Portugal with CTT Registered Mail (48h average delivery time). However shipping in Portugal as a result of an exchange request by the client has a cost of 4€.

Shipping within the EU has a cost of 6€ with CTT Registered Mail (from 2 weeks average delivery). Over 100€, shipping is for free.

Shipping outside of Portugal costs in average between 22€-28€ with UPS Express (72h average delivery time).

If you don’t find your destination at the checkout please send an email to hello@atelier-piino.com so I can clarify you about the costs or possible restrictions.

We strongly advise to use an address where there is someone for reception during the day, to make sure the package is received and collected on the first attempt.

We also advise to check the address you gave once you get the order notification. If you find any mistake please contact us as soon as possible.

Piino operates Monday to Friday and not on local/public holidays. Delivery dates are approximate and Piino will not be responsible for unpredictable and force majeure events.

TAXES & DUTIES

Within the European Union, all taxes and duties are included.

OUTSIDE OF EUROPEAN UNION

Once your package reaches your Country, you may be subject to local import taxes, duties and customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
