Returns
We refund items if they don’t fit, but unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns and shipping costs are not refundable. If you wish to have your item refunded, send us an email to hello@atelier-piino.com.
The item(s) can be returned within 14 days from receipt of the order.
For the item(s) to be eligible for return, it must be unworn and in perfect condition. The item(s) must not have marks or any sign of being worn. The item(s) sent for return that do not correspond to these criteria may be accepted at our discretion, and may also not be accepted. In case this happens, item(s) may be sent back to the customer.
The returns must be previously authorized by Piino. Please send an e-mail to hello@atelier.piino before shipping your returned items.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Piino cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage made by the courier chosen by the client. Piino recommends the use of the same courier service used to deliver the goods: CTT Registered Mail (within Portugal) and other reliable post services with tracking number (outside of Portugal).
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU. A Piino product could be held at the border for up to a maximum of 10 weeks, and unfortunately Piino is unable to offer a refund until the items are safely returned to our office.
The pieces to be returned must be shipped to: Piino A/C: Rita Botelho, Rua Pereira Taco 140, 4475-155 Maia. Portugal.
The refund will be made within 15 days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. When this is not possible, we will issue a credit note to use online.
