This is an intensive 1-day workshop for a maximum of 5 students (minimum 3), where you will learn the essentials about working with polymer clay so that you can be completely independent in this craft. Ideal for beginners or for those who already work with polymer clay but want to improve the technique. You will learn:

1. How to condition polymer clay

2. How to bake polymer clay so it becomes flexible

3. How to connect the studs with the polymer clay pieces without glue, using the "Piino Technique"

4. How to make and bake 2D and 3D pieces

5. How to sand the edges and surfaces of baked pieces

In this workshop you will find the necessary material to make at least two pairs of earrings: cutters, blades, pasta machine, oven, dremel, sanding box, sandpaper, etc. Each person will have the right to:

1. A block of clay to work with and two pairs of studs (24k gold filled). Extra material can be purchased at the workshop. You can also bring your own materials to make the earrings of your dreams.

Location: Maia / 5 minutes by foot from metro Castêlo da Maia / 10 minutes by car from Porto Airport.

Workshop schedule: 11:00 - 18:00 (one hour lunch break). The goal is to have all pieces ready at 17:00 so we can take photos.
